WOW what a busy 24 hours.  It began Friday with Antioch in the Dayton Childrens Parade!  The new Mayor Elect sent Dave Heizer and email thanking Antioch for a great showing.  10-12 deep on Main St.  VERY COOL

Lead by the Legends Posse, The Divan, Funstes, Indy Cars, 4 Wheelers, Specialty Group all followed up with the Calliope.  Almost a 1000 lights were added to the Funsters Rig to bring out the holiday sprit!

Then we held a party to watch the OSU (GO BUCKS) vs michigan.   We all know how that went!

The last event of the long weekend is the annual Childrens Christmas Party.  Over 115 kids are registered and will be in the Building!  They also will be picking the best decorated tree!

As the leaves change and the season changes, its time to begin planning for the end of year events.  As we head into the last 2 months of 2013, lets look into the upcoming November events.  The Hospital Fund Drive report night is Nov 13; Our last Ceremonial of the year on Nov. 23; Tree & Temple decorating on Nov. 24; Children's Parade Nov 29; and the OSU Michigan Tailgate party on Nov 30.

When you come down to your Temple over the next few weeks take a look at her!  A lot of hard work is going to cleaning her up for the holiday season.  If you have a little extra time and would like to help give Jack Morgan a call.  He is always looking for helping hand!
